Angela Sun
Angela Sun is a journalist sportscaster, documentary filmmaker and TV host. Angela Sun was born on the 19th of October 1979 located in Santa Clara County California. She is a prestigious journalist and sportscaster as well as an actor. Her education includes Sociology and Communication at the University of California. Sun's surfing abilities were exceptional and she was a part of numerous pro-am tournaments. She was sponsored by big brands, such as Roxy Reef Billabong Vans. The recognition she received of these surfing occasions was similar to a rocket that helped her get into the world of entertainment. She later worked as an actress, sportscaster, investigative filmmaker, journalist and reporter. Sun was anchor for several channels. In 2003, she was an Fox Sports Net reporter. She was host of American Ninja Warrior along with Matt Iseman in 2012. Sun hosted The Yahoo Sports Minute during the year 2014. She was the first Asian American person to be a part of ESPN Fox Sports Yahoo Sports as well as Tennis Channel. Sun's acting talents have brought her notoriety. She has appeared in many films, including Goliath (2017) Hit the Floor (2014-2016), A Perfect Getaway (2009) Shackled (2015) Street Kings (2008) and Glowsticks and Drumsticks (2005). In 2014, Sun came out with Platic Paradise: The Great Pacific Garbage Patch the film of a feature length about the marine pollution caused by plastic and the impact it has on the environment which she wrote as well as produced.
